This story is about finding the courage to speak up. Willow would always whisper and miss out on so much. Her Dad reassures her that her big strong voice just got stuck and that one day it will wiggle itself out .
I like that in this story Willow's father has such an important role, I like the fact that he tells her she has that big voice already inside her, now she just has to find the way to let it out and that she comes up with the solution by herself. I also love the process shown in the story- from needing a "magical microphone" to understanding she has the power herself.
