My Two Blankets

I think this story is especially relevant today with so many refugees fleeing their homeland for a better life.

My two blankets tells the story of Cartwheel that has left her warm and sunny country and came to a new country and a new culture.

For catrwheel everything felt cold and strange in the new country and she liked to hide under a blanket from home to feel safe and warm.

But with the help of a little girl that she calls her "sunshine" ( always smiling and kind), she learns to make a place for herself in the "cold" country, she learns the language and slowly weaves a new blanket for herself.
