If you are looking for book that gives examples of kind everyday acts and caring attitude, this in my view is a good pick. I love many of the examples in the book of what it means to be kind : "noticing someone is sad and taking the time to understand why" or "seeing the best in people even when they are struggling to be their best " and there is even an example of an act of kindness towards yourself " allowing yourself to make and learn from your mistakes".
